The second mythology of Kazakhs is that Naimans are Segiz Oguzes.
Where do they get such nonsense at all?
Let’s look at the haplogroups of Manjur, Koreans and Kazakh Naimans. In idea Naiman (from Mong. eight), then there should be eight tribes. But they have not preserved their genealogical structure.
Here’s some interesting data on haplogroups:
Manchu O — 61%, C2 — 27.1%, N — 10.5%, R2 — 0.7%
Koreans haplogroup O — 68.4%, C2 — 26.3%
Kazakh Naimans O3 — 63%
As we know from history Mongolian tribe Xianbi carriers C3 subjugated many Manjur tribes like Mohe. Dunhu tribes just lived on the territory of contact with the ancestors of Koreans and Manjurs.

As we see Kazakh Naimans are carriers in the general mass of haplogroup O3 as at Manjurs and Koreans. I believe that the ancestors of Naymans (Manjurian-speaking) were subjugated by Mongolian Xianbians.

And haplogroup C3 got to Koreans and Manjurs from their Xianbi rulers. In Korean mythology, it says Tumen from the Hori state. On snips at Manzhurian imperial family Aisin Giro C3 starklaster. Most likely has got from tribes Xianbi.
As we see Kazakh Naymans and Manjurs have practically equal parity with haplogroup O3.

The myth that Naimans are Segiz-Oguzes collapses about their haplogroup and history. Genetically Naimans are rather descendants of those Mohe, who were subjugated by Mongols Xianbi.
